- Step 1. Board Starting Brown & Green Perimeter Buses: Tap the free brown bus (`40`) and green bus (`24`) along the upper perimeter to begin clearing the outer crowd queue.
- Step 2. Release Cyan & Pink Transports: Dispatch the cyan bus (`24`) and pink car (`20`) to open access to the dense diagonal parking grid.
- Step 3. Unclog Diagonal Intersection Arms: Send out orange (`24`), blue (`16`), and red vehicles in directional order as their forward paths clear.
- Step 4. Deploy Mystery & Conveyor Vehicles: Clear the revealed mystery cars and emerging bottom conveyor vehicles (yellow, brown, cyan) to keep the boarding docks moving.
