- Step 1. Board Starting Orange & Red Perimeter Cars: Tap the unobstructed orange bus (`24`) and red car (`24`) along the perimeter to start passenger loading.
- Step 2. Peel Off Cyan, Pink & Purple Layers: Send out cyan buses (`40`), pink buses (`40`, `24`), and purple cars (`24`) to relieve pressure on the outer edges.
- Step 3. Work Through the Dense Midfield Rows: Move out green (`24`), yellow (`16`), and blue (`16`) vehicles in directional order as their forward paths open up.
- Step 4. Deploy Black & White Special Transports: Route the black buses (`40`) and white cars (`24`) directly into their matching passenger queues.
