- Step 1. Board Starting Cyan & Blue Perimeter Buses: Tap the free cyan bus (`39`) and blue bus (`28`) along the outer perimeter to initiate passenger boarding.
- Step 2. Release Red, Green & Yellow Outer Transports: Send out the red car (`18`), green bus (`24`), and yellow bus (`40`) to strip the top and side layers.
- Step 3. Unwind Midfield Rotating Lanes: Dispatch brown (`24`), pink (`40`), and cyan (`24`) vehicles in directional order as their forward paths open up.
