- Step 1. Clear Starting Red, Green & Cyan Outer Transports: Tap the free red bus (`40`), green bus (`40`), and cyan car (`24`) along the perimeter to initiate passenger flow.
- Step 2. Peel Off Blue, Orange & Purple Outer Rows: Send out blue buses (`24`, `40`), orange buses (`39`), and purple cars (`24`) to relieve pressure on the upper pretzel loops.
- Step 3. Deploy Lower Tunnel Conveyor Feeders: Clear the emerging conveyor-fed cars (cyan, yellow, purple, red) across the lower track as their forward arrows clear.
- Step 4. Work Through the Dense Central Core & Ambulance: Route the white ambulance unit (`24`) and central vertical matrix cars directly to the crowd.
