- Step 1. Board Starting Yellow & Red Perimeter Buses: Tap the free yellow car (`24`) and red bus (`40`) along the outer perimeter to initiate passenger boarding.
- Step 2. Release Green, Cyan & Purple Wing Rows: Dispatch green cars (`24`), cyan buses (`40`), and purple buses (`40`) to strip the outer queue layers.
- Step 3. Dismantle Cross-Grid Chevron Blockades: Carefully alternate dispatching red (`40`), yellow (`24`), and brown (`40`) vehicles as forward arrows unblock.
