- Step 2: Tap the outward-facing Cyan vehicle on the edge to begin loading passengers.
- Step 3: Park blocking Yellow and Pink cars into holding bays to unblock the large Green bus.
- Step 4: Send the Green bus up to the dock to collect all waiting green passengers.
- Step 5: Dispatch the parked Pink and Red vehicles from the holding bays as their crowds advance.
