- Step 2. Unwind Cyan, Yellow & Brown Outer Lines: Move out cyan buses (`40`, `24`) and yellow/brown vehicles to peel off the outer crowd layer.
- Step 3. Navigate the Central Column Blockers: Dispatch green (`24`), red (`40`), and pink vehicles in directional order as their lanes clear.
