- Step 1. Clear Outer Orange & Blue Perimeter Starters: Tap the free orange bus (`24`) and blue car (`29`) on the perimeter to start clearing the crowd.
- Step 2. Rotate Through Pink, Green & Brown Lanes: Move out pink buses (`40`, `16`) and green/brown cars to unblock access to the inner diamond.
- Step 3. Unclog Diagonal Intersection Arms: Send out red (`40`), cyan (`24`), and yellow (`40`) vehicles in directional order as their lanes clear.
- Step 4. Deploy Mystery & Conveyor Vehicles: Clear the emerging bottom-conveyor cars and unblock the center mystery cars by sending matching colors to the queue.
