- Step 1. Launch Starting Blue & Red Transports: Tap the free blue car (`17`) and red bus (`16`) to begin clearing the crowd perimeter.
- Step 2. Clear Cyan, Brown & Orange Outer Rows: Move out cyan cars (`16`), brown buses (`24`), and orange cars (`23`) to open the right side of the parking grid.
- Step 3. Empty Left Vertical Red Queue: Feed the queued red cars out from the left column into matching red crowd groups.
- Step 4. Navigate Inner Multi-Color Columns: Dispatch green (`40`), purple (`24`), and yellow (`24`) vehicles as forward arrows unblock.
