- Step 1. Discharge Perimeter Pink & Purple Transports: Tap the unobstructed pink car (`24`) and purple bus (`24`) at the outer edges to begin passenger loading.
- Step 2. Release Yellow, Orange & Brown Outer Buses: Send out yellow (`24`), orange (`24`), and brown (`24`) transports to strip the outer diamond layer.
- Step 3. Deploy Ambulance & White Vehicles: Clear the special white ambulance/bus units (`24`) to board the white crowd sections.
- Step 4. Empty Dense Mid-Grid Columns: Dispatch green (`24`), cyan (`40`), and red (`40`) vehicles in directional order as their lanes clear.
