- Step 2. Peel Off Cyan, Red & Purple Layers: Dispatch cyan (`40`), red (`40`), and purple (`40`) buses to start breaking into the four quadrant blocks.
- Step 3. Unwind Mid-Grid Intersecting Lanes: Send out yellow (`16`), orange (`16`), and blue (`16`) cars in directional sequence without filling the holding slots.
