- Step 2. Release Brown, Cyan & Yellow Transports: Dispatch the brown bus (`20`), cyan car (`16`), and yellow bus (`24`) to peel off the top queue layers.
- Step 3. Unwind Vertical Center Matrix Column: Send out red (`40`), orange (`36`), and purple (`40`) vehicles in sequence as each row’s exit path clears.
