- Step 2. Release Yellow, Green & Orange Outer Rows: Send out yellow cars (`16`), green cars (`16`), and orange buses (`16`) to strip the outer perimeter.
- Step 3. Unblock Vertical Center Mystery Stack: Clear the inner vertical columns of question-mark mystery cars by directing revealed color matches to the crowd.
