- Step 1. Board Starting Orange & Green Perimeter Transports: Tap the unobstructed orange cars (`16`, `16`) and green bus (`24`) at the outer edges to initiate passenger loading.
- Step 2. Peel Off Brown, Purple & Red Outer Rows: Send out brown buses (`24`), purple cars (`24`), and red buses (`40`) to strip the outer perimeter.
- Step 3. Dismantle Left & Right Diagonal Chevron Wings: Carefully alternate dispatching cyan (`24`), yellow (`16`), and blue (`16`) vehicles into the loading slots as forward arrows unblock.
