- Step 1. Collect the Items: Pick up the ID card, candle, red envelope, and blue envelope. Check the notice board for the clue.
- Step 2. Find the Third Envelope: Count the green dots on the notice board. Enter 7 in the lockbox to open it and collect the third envelope and stamps.
