Phase 1: Collect Tools & Reveal the Mirror Code

• Step 1: Tap the sink vanity and collect the Wet Wipes.
• Step 2: Look under the sinks or near the trash bin and collect the Utility Valve Handle.
• Step 3: Use the Wet Wipes to clean the dirty mirror.
• Step 4: Note the hidden mirror code:

Phase 2: Unlock the Soap Dispenser & Toilet Stall

• Step 5: Go to the automatic soap dispenser.
• Step 6: Enter the code 8351.
• Step 7: Open the dispenser and collect the Small Brass Key and Metal Gear.
• Step 8: Use the Small Brass Key to unlock the farthest toilet stall.
• Step 9: Enter the stall and collect the Plunger.
• Step 10: Examine the floor tiles and remember the grid pattern.

Phase 3: Repair the Ventilation System & Escape

• Step 11: Go to the clogged basin or toilet.
• Step 12: Use the Plunger to clear the blockage.
• Step 13: Collect the Keycard Pass from the bottom.
